I picked up some mandrel bent J bends to fabricate the charge piping from turbos to intercooler. However, I found it best to make the main 3" charge pipe first in order to know how to work around it with this smaller 2 1/4" tubing. In this picture you can see where I have already made a cut, now all I have to do is fit it and weld. (easier said than done)
Here's a couple of pictures of the heat shield I made to go just underneath the fuel pressure regulator, the newly reworked fuel lines can be seen here as well.
Aeromotive 100 micron fuel filter is much higher quality (and more expensive) than the leaky Earl's unit I was trying to use.
Most of the needed silicone hose for charge piping has arrived.
