Picture Page 24 -- Turbo headers
Here is the turbo flange, by looking through it like this you can see how round pipe was fitted inside the flange then heated and shaped to fit the rectangle shape of the flange. On the right is the completed passenger side header after having the flange welded on.
Here is the installed passenger header, I'll have to do something with that radiator hose.
Here is the installed driver's side header, but I made an error in measurement and this will have to be revamped.
Here is an illustration of my error, the passenger side came out great and sits just as it should but the driver side is too high, the hood will close but its way too close. :(
Even with the driver side the way it is its still nice to see the turbos on the car after all this time! I'll get that fixed soon enough then I can fabricate the charge piping.
